University trained professionals are in attendance at all times and are responsible for the broad range of learning experiences made available and suited to each child’s needs. The Teaching Program is designed to provide students with an educational experience that will foster growth in learning English as a second language. Our english language program is designed to provide opportunities for new learning experiences by exposing the students to conversational and written English in a formal classroom setting by increasing their knowledge and awareness of North American and Canadian people, customs, and traditions.
The Classroom Teacher Will
Expect the students to speak English in class at all times
Constantly evaluate the work
Provide a dynamic learning approach with debates, group work, oral presentations, and team teaching
Prepare the students for their city excursions
Emphasis on grammar exercises and creative writing skills
Teach Canadian history, local geography
Class size limited to 15 students
All teachers are University Graduates

Pre-assessment and post-assessment provided
All students attend a formal graduation ceremony
Cambridge Examination Preparation Courses
Camp Pilgrim offers you high quality Cambridge examination preparation courses. These courses have limited enrolment options which means you will be studying with a dedicated closed group of students focused on achieving a common goal. You will have the opportunity to increase your English ability to a level sufficient for a wide variety of academic purposes.
